I heard these actually help with snoring too. While I sometimes snore (at least the fiancee says so!), I'm not sure I'd be comfortable on a wedge.

It is so good for relaxing your back and while you're busy working in front of your computer.
It can make you feel better in doing some important things when you're sitting on your favorite chair.

Foam wedge pillows are great for people who get acid reflux in the middle of the night. Another thing you can do is to eat your last meal at least 3 hours before you go to bed.

I am operated recently due to my wheezing problem. I was not able to sleep tight in a single erect position with my conventional pillow in the hospital. I informed my sleeping discomfort to my ENT and in turn he comforted me with a foam wedged pillow. I was really surprised by its structured layer of foams placed top of the other replacing several layers of pillows. I was able to sleep peacefully in the soft foam with plethora of healing and relaxation. I was able to turn and move slightly without any discomfort. Even it allowed me to move my legs so freely. After discharging me from hospital my doctor advised me to get a foam wedged pillow in my bedroom. I own the foam wedge pillow and I am able to relax and sleep without any pains and discomforts now. I strongly suggest that the foam wedge pillow for those who would like to experience the wonders it delivers to you in your sleep.

I use that pillow above to work on my laptop while in bed. It has made a world of difference. I can sit there for upto 2 hours if I want without having a sore neck or shoulders like I use to with other pillows I have used in the past. Really would advise to use it.

This kind of pillow has been a sleep saver for me. I've been having back problems since a high school football injury and I could never sleep well due to back pains. But this pillow offers great support for my lower back and it's very comfortable.
